Citadel BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school located in Iowa City, Iowa that provides martial arts training to people who want to get in better shape, learn one of the world’s most effective martial arts, try something new and exciting that’s more engaging than going to the gym and running on the treadmill, and some even want to compete and become world champions. Whether people are at the school to train for competition, or train for life (just want to learn and build themselves physically and mentally through the art), Citadel BJJ in Iowa City is the premier school for anyone and everyone who wants to learn and get better.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
